    Case Management is designed to provide a pathway for the individual and the family system to achieve recovery success following the initial treatment.

    Case Management

    Our board-certified case managers develop a tailored plan for the individual needs of the client, then provides personal one-on-one care that focuses on relapse prevention and long-term recovery. This allows for the family-system to stay engaged and informed while providing ongoing support and accountability for the recovering person.
